- Increase overall work capacity
- Increase work volume
- Learn how to execute movements SAFELY and effectively
This is NOT a full training guide. You will perform the exercises in order of this guide, each week. When you complete each exercises, you may perform other exercises for the rest of your workout. I’m training your SQUAT to get stronger.
